This website is to help you use our services. If you are a new patient we welcome you to the practice. If you are already registered with us we hope this website will help you to make the best use of our facilities. We are now a PMS (Personal Medical Services) practice. This allows us to be more efficient in the delivery of your care.

Access

We are constantly looking at ways to improve the service we offer to patients and are aware from feedback that the practice needs to improve how patients access the services at Silverdale and Ryecroft. We are delighted to tell you that patients can now order repeat prescriptions, make some appointments and cancel appointments on line. Please call at reception for further information on how to register for this service.

Weekdays 8.30am - 6.00pm

Half-day Thursday 8.30am - 1.00pm

Disabled Access

Both practices are accessible by wheelchairs to all clinical areas and both have disabled toilets.
